Martha Baldwin Beveridge is a psychotherapist, writer, and teacher. A
Phi Beta Kappa and honors graduate of Wellesley College, she holds a Master of Science in
Social Work degree from the University of Louisville. She is a Diplomate in Clinical
Social Work, a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, and has been in
private practice since 1975.
Her latest book, The
Heart of Healing: Facing Cancer and Life Threatening Illness, was recently released.
She is the author of Loving Your Partner without Losing
Your Self (Hunter House), SELF-SABOTAGE: How to Stop It and Soar to Success
(Warner Books), BEYOND VICTIM: You Can Overcome Childhood Abuse...Even Sexual
Abuse (Rainbow Books), and a series of booklets and audio tapes. She has
also produced a video entitled, Stop Sabotaging Success.
She is a guest speaker for events throughout the country and frequently conducts
workshops and seminars. Martha is the mother of two daughters and has seven
grandchildren.
